THE MUSCLE BAR provides daily body maintenance through effective massages to muscles, tendons, and joints. This continuous massage assists in:

  1. Recovering after a strenuous day of working in the yard, at the office or at the gym. Muscles and other anatomy become fatigued and irritated by awkward positions and working situations. This is called Postural stress. This condition shows up as pain or weakness in the neck, low back and gluteal area caused by prolonged periods of sitting. Luckily, massage can counteract the imbalance caused from sitting, which means you can keep your desk job-as long as you schedule a regular massage.

  2. Ease of muscle pain- Massage increases and improves circulation. Just like rubbing a part of your body when you knock it on a table helps to relieve the pain. Massage was found to be as effective as other methods of treatment for chronic back pain. According to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, “Americans spend at least $50 billion each year on low back pain, the most common cause of job-related disability and a leading contributor to missed work.   3. Soothing anxiety and depression- The Muscle Bar is safe, friendly and professional, can be incredibly therapeutic and relaxing. Depression can cause pain — and pain can cause depression. Sometimes pain and depression create a vicious cycle in which pain worsens symptoms of depression, and then the resulting depression worsens feelings of pain. In many people, depression causes unexplained physical symptoms such as back pain or headaches. A study published in the Journal of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, found that patients who were depressed and anxious were much more relaxed and happy, and had reduced stress levels after massage.

  4. Quickly removing discomfort from over-use injuries, from lifting to heavy of weight or reps or time under tension we are not accustomed to.



Below you will find a few ways to use THE MUSCLE BAR. Don't be afraid to experiment and be creative in the way you use the device. You cannot hurt yourself as the force use is your own body stregth. It is recommended not to use the device on children under 14 years old.

Some sports and work routines put a high degree of pressure on muscles in the forearm and can cause them to strain from prolonged time under tension. Massage can help prevent or relieve symptoms.  Massaging back of upper arm (Tricep) can relieve tension in the front of the upper arm (Bicep).
